Improving Service to Meet Community Needs

The City of Augusta has launched CONNECT AUGUSTA – a Comprehensive Operations Analysis (COA) of the Augusta’s public transportation system.  This study will take a detailed look at the existing APT service network and provide recommendations for improving service to meet the region’s mobility needs. The goals of the COA are to:

  1. Make sure APT services meet and support growing community needs.
  2. Make transit an attractive option for more people in our community.
  3. Ensure APT services continue to operate in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible.
